TERMS OF SERVICE

Her Rack - Rent A Rack 

We operate 7 days a week.
Mon - Sat. 10-4PM; Sun. 11-3PM


Rack Rental fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you earn less than your rack rental fee we will waive all commissions.
Please take the time to read through all terms and conditions before you agree to renting a rack. 

We endeavour to deter any theft from occurring but do not take any responsibility for stolen or damaged items. Our store is alarmed and we will bag check if theft is suspected. All witnessed cases of theft in store are reported to police. We take no responsibility for the damage of your items in case of a fire, water damage, burglary, vandalism or any other factor undependable on us.

No stolen, fraudulent, dirty, or explicit items are to be sold and if found will be removed and stored for your collection. 

Rack size & pricing:
Small Rack: $65/7 days plus 15% commission (approx 30 hanging items - 2 pairs of shoes)

Standard Rack: $115/7 days plus 15% commission (approx 70 hanging items - 4 pairs of shoes)

Capacity of rack will depend on types of garments you bring. Extra items can be added throughout your rental period as they sell through. 

All garments must be washed and checked for faults before bringing for sale. Any items not fit for sale or any faults not clearly identified on the tag will be removed from sale for you to collect on last day. 

Please use our link to Zellr to book a rack and price your garments. Barcodes should be attached to all items securely before dropping off. If you do not have a printer we are able to print in-store for 50c a page but require 24hours notice. Email us hello@herrack.net

All coat hangers are provided by Her Rack for your use. Please leave behind at the end of your rental.

No items may be left in front of your rack for fire safety reasons. Please make sure all garments and shoes are kept within your racks boundaries. 

During your rental you give permission for Her Rack to advertise your items on social media and in-store. We will take time each day to tidy and put away items from try ons. 

On the last day of your rental please come in-store 30 minutes before close to pack up your rack. If you need us to do this for you we charge a $10 fee for each 24hours storage and max storage of 5 days. If you do not contact us for a pickup arrangement after 5 days we will take discretion to donate your unsold items. Please specify if you would like unsold items donated to charity upon rental expiration.

Items will sometimes be moved around the store. We will endeavour to make sure all items are on your rack but please check over before final collection. All misplaced items will be kept for 2 weeks for collection and if not claimed become property of Her Rack.

Any items sold will be paid out to you in full minus 15% commission which is taken in part to cover our Eftpos, packaging and other fees on the sales. Payouts will be made within 7 business days of your rental term completion. This payment will only be made to valid Australian Bank accounts. No cash payments.

By paying for your rental period you are agreeing to these terms.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

Unfortunately we are unable to provide exchange or refunds on purchases as items do not belong to Her Rack. They belong to rack holders with short term rental. Please inspect closely before purchasing as most items would be preloved or vinatge and may have also been altered.
